1. International delivery cost £19.99 = 14 – 20 working days depending on location. Please email for a more accurate estimation. Please note, once your order is shipped we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
2. UK standard delivery is free for all order over £60. Standard delivery = 10-14 working days.
3. UK Express shipping costs £7.99 = 5-7 working days.
4. UK Next Day Delivery costs £9.99, must be ordered before 3pm (Monday – Friday) to receive by the next day, only available with items from ‘Products available for next day delivery’ page. Next Day Delivery will not be available if items are not on ‘Products available for Next Day Delivery’ page
5. Same Day Collection available for £40 please email or directly message us on Instagram to confirm availability. Same Day Collection will not be available if items are not on ‘Products available for Next Day Delivery’ page
6. Items will not be available for Next Day Delivery or Same Day Collection if not on ‘Products available for Next Day Delivery’ page
7. Due to the nature of the products, for personal hygiene reasons, all sales are final. No exchanges will be possible.
8. If you have any issues with your order please message us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
9. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of payment.
